Care Partners and Trinity Health of New England Partnership
Care Partners announced on Friday, February 14th, that they have entered into a formal agreement with Trinity Health of New England, effective immediately. This partnership encompasses the following facilities:
- St. Francis Hospital
- St. Mary’s Hospital
- Johnson Memorial Hospital
- Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Center
- Mercy Medical Center (MA)
Additionally, this agreement includes Trinity Health’s urgent care facilities, ambulatory surgical centers, home health and hospice services, skilled nursing facilities, and ambulance services.
The credentialing process for over 1,200 providers is already underway. For providers working within their Point32Health umbrella of products, updated information will begin reflecting online promptly. Please note that the credentialing process typically takes between 45 and 60 days to be fully reflected on their website.
As a reminder, they have already contracted and completed the credentialing for over 250 Southern New England Healthcare providers, and they are reflected on their provider search. The SoNE providers work closely with Trinity.
